The Madagascan Sunset moth is a species of day-flying moth. Considered to be one of the most impressive and beautiful moths worldwide, its wings are adorned by iridescent rainbow coloured scales. I was inspired to draw this beauty after seeing a preserved specimen at the Cambrige Butterfly Conservatory.
