A rainbow assortment of nudibranchs also known as sea slugs. The blue dragon, sea sheep and sea bunnies are the most recognizable in this collection. The rest were inspired by real sea slugs but I may have changed the colours to make it work as an illustration. Sea slugs are slow moving ocean creatures. They can be found dwelling in coral and are characterize by their bright colours. Hand drawn and then coloured in Photoshop.

I miss making cmyk screenprints! This hypselodoris bennetti is just the perfect color scheme and looks really cool on black and darker colors. What do you think?

Nudibranch :)

Ink and watercolour illustration of a colourful nudibranch. Nudibranchs, or sea slugs are molluscs which are found in marine oceans worldwide, they are fascinating species as they come in so many different colours and varieties.

Some sassy sea slugs slitering over some small sweets. Sea Slugs (also called nudibranchs) are my favorite animal, so I decided to combine them with some cute pink desserts in a digital painting.

A silly sea slug based loosely on Chromodoris annae! Nudibranchs are a type of sea slug, the name meaning "Naked Gill". The little flower on their butts are actually their gills, working to filter what they need out of the water. There are currently 2,300 species of nudibranch in the world right now and I love every single one of them! I hope you can love this little guy, too!
