The Neptunes are just your average rock band... who happen to have a 15-foot air-breathing great white shark as their drummer. Oh, and it's also 2076 and a large portion of the population has moved underwater for some reason. This is the gist of Jabberjaw, the 1976 Saturday morning cartoon where The Neptunes - Jabberjaw, Biff, Shelly, Bubbles and Clamhead - travel to various underwater cities where they encounter and deal with assorted megalomaniacs and super villains who want to conquer the undersea world and fight them with the power of rock 'n roll!

$5 cover, no backstage, no alcohol, coffee for a $1, and all-ages all the time is Jabberjaw Cafe in a nutshell. Located at 3711 Pico Boulevard in Los Angeles, Jabberjaw opened in 1989 as a coffee bar and morphed into a legendary music venue when a low stage that you almost tripped over as you entered was added. Things started out with some acoustic acts, but after the first electric act performed, the coffee bar quickly became more of a live music venue. Jabberjaw was the space to play for bands that did not want to participate in L.A.'s pay-to-play scene, and with a standing rule of no corporate rock, only the coolest indie bands were booked, helping Jabberjaw create a scene of its own, far away from the Sunset Strip.

Huckleberry "Huck" Hound is a fictional cartoon character, a blue anthropomorphic coonhound that speaks with a North Carolina Southern drawl. He first appeared in the series The Huckleberry Hound Show. The cartoon was one of six TV shows to win an Emmy Award in 1960[7] as an "Outstanding Achievement in the Field of Children's Programming";[8] the first animated series to receive such an award.
