This is a fake ad for Buffalo Bill's Skin Lotion. If you haven't seen the movie then I suggest you get right on it! The serial killer, Buffalo Bill, wants his victims to put lotion on their skin so when he kills them and harvests their skin for his woman suit he wants the skin to be soft. if his victims diodn't comply with lotion application he would dose them with a hose. This character is inspired by a real life serial killer named Ed Gein. Google him if you want a good creep-out!

Edward Theodore Gein (/ɡiːn/; August 27, 1906[1] – July 26, 1984), also known as the Butcher of Plainfield or the Plainfield Ghoul, was an American murderer and body snatcher. Gein's crimes, committed around his hometown of Plainfield, Wisconsin, gathered widespread notoriety in 1957 after authorities discovered he had exhumed corpses from local graveyards and fashioned trophies and keepsakes from their bones and skin. Gein also confessed to killing two women: tavern owner Mary Hogan in 1954 and hardware store owner Bernice Worden in 1957.

Before selling possessed Plymouths to kids, Roberts Blossom played Ezra Cobb (a loose version of Ed Gein) in 1974's "Deranged".

Deranged is a 1974 Canadian-American horror film directed by Alan Ormsby and Jeff Gillen, and starring Roberts Blossom. Its plot, loosely based on the crimes of Ed Gein.
