Times Square New York Police Dept In the UK police building do not look anything like this but I suspect that most in the USA don't either it's just that this one is in Times Square. This is such a colourful and busy scene that I almost converted to black and white as there is so much going on, every time you look at this photograph you see something different. Inside The Willys Jeep Willys trademarked the "Jeep" name, turned the MB into the civilian Jeep CJ models, and Jeep became its own brand. The 1945 Willys Jeep was the world's first mass-produced civilian four-wheel drive car. The Willys Jeep was and probably is one of the most versatile vehicles for the US army during WW2. Taken from inside the cabin of this perfectly preserved model. You can still see the soldiers taking a bit of downtime among other classic vehicles through the window screen. Blue Car In Havana, Cuba American cars were imported into Cuba for about 50 years, beginning near the early 20th century. After the Cuban Revolution, the U.S. embargo was erected and Castro banned the importation of American cars and mechanical parts. That's why Cuba is the way it is today—essentially a living museum for classic cars. I just loved the blue car against the blue background it really makes a change from trying to find a contrast of colours. There is a square version on my Cuba page with this car on but I thought it deserved the full landscape treatment as this car was almost painted with the same paint pot as it's surroundings. Barafundle Bay Beach Rocks, Pembrokeshire, Wales Barafundle Bay (Welsh: Bae Barafundle) is a remote, slightly curved, east-facing sandy beach, near Stackpole Quay in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is part of the Stackpole Estate, managed by The National Trust. The beach was once owned by the Cawdor family of Stackpole Court. Amroth Village And Pebble Beach This stunning, quaint, little village on the South West coast of Pembrokeshire, Wales is a gem of a find. The beach is stunning and is framed by the stones that surround the top edge of the sand. Amroth is a half mile long, flat, sandy beach. There’s a huge expanse of sand at low tide for all sorts of beach games. Rockpools can be found at the western end. There are groynes at the top of the beach. Whitby Pier, Yorkshire, UK The piers of Whitby are four structures along the River Esk estuary in Whitby, North Yorkshire, England. Whilst all the piers can be accessed by the general public, the piers were not built as seaside attractions - so called pleasure piers like Redcar, Saltburn or Withernsea, moreover serving a civil purpose, such as ship loading and protecting the harbour.
