This shot was taken at the Chinese Garden at the Huntington Library in California. This is a RAW image that was later processed in CS5. This place was amazing and had some of the most opportunities for photos that i have ever been presented with.

Monochrome sketch I did of a little girl with a melancholy look on her face on the forum reddit gets drawn. For the entire work I used a single photoshop brush that had a more square shape and that led to some interesting texture. As with most of my work, the right of display is granted.

When I started this, I started by wanting to do something with type and the idea of using a skull came and I started thinking about putting the type above and below the skull. From there I had to figure out what I wanted the words to be. I was thinking of maybe a quote about bones or something for a movie but I couldnt find any I really liked. Then I thought it would be cool if it was about life or creation of some sort. Then from nowhere I started thinking about religious words and gods and then the words kind of just popped into my head! The rest of the image made itself!

A robotic steampunk bird is it ready to wreck havoc on the populace or to be industrious and serve humankind? I created the bird in the 3D modeling application Groboto3D ver 3, he was then textured in ArtRage 4 & Photoshop CC 2015.
