The big brother state is coming, let this t-shirt show the people what they are asking for and that's 1984.

The Low Lighthouse was built in 1818 to replace a wooden structure from the late 17th Century. This view looks across the mouth of the rivers Stour and Orwell, with part of Felixstowe Docks in the background.

A digital drawing of the scene at Ipswich Waterfront with boats moored in the marina with historic buildings behind. The docks at Ipswich were constructed in the 1840s and were in operation until the decline of the shipping industry here in the 1970s. However, this area has been an historically inportant trading port since the C7th! In the background here are the old maltings. The area was regenerated this century and is now a cultural, education and business centre.
